Totally just found this and cannot believe I missed it!Sweet Valerian is a short series by Yamakawa Yoshiki with char designs by CLAMP. In a nutshell its about three girls who go to get a regular license and they end up getting licenses to transform into heroic bunnies (it reminds me of powerpuff girls in a way) and work together. There is a short manga version of the series on mangafox but it really makes no sense so I wouldnt highly recommend it. I havent seen the anime but am working on finding a place to watch it. …my only comparison for the Sweet Valerian series is the American cartoon Powerpuff GirlsXD
